Hi, I’m Henry Tan, a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer with over five years of experience helping clients transform their health, strength, and confidence. I’m also certified in Nutrition and Performance Enhancement through NASM, allowing me to design comprehensive programs that optimize every aspect of performance — both in and out of the gym.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, from 12 to 81 years old, each with their own unique goals — whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, or strength development. My approach is rooted in education, balance, and sustainability. I don’t believe in quick fixes — I believe in building lasting results through smart, consistent effort.
My Fitness Journey
My passion for fitness comes from my own personal struggles. Growing up, I was always the smallest and weakest kid in school. Gaining muscle felt impossible, and being born with pectus excavatum made it even harder to feel confident in my body. Coming from a family that didn’t support weight training, I had to teach myself everything about exercise and nutrition through years of trial and error.
Through that process, I discovered that true progress requires a whole-body approach. It’s not just about lifting heavier weights — it’s about mobility, flexibility, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery. When one area is neglected, progress stalls. When everything works together, the body becomes a well-rounded, resilient machine.

Sustainable fitness takes everything — but it doesn’t have to feel impossible. With the right guidance, structure, and mindset, anyone can build a body that performs and feels better than ever 1% at a time.
